This ended up being pretty similar to my last squat session, with a few adjustments in my accessory work. I planned to work up to a heavier single but was really dragging.
Squat - 135x5 225x5 315x4 405x2 light wraps on 495x1 545x1
The 545 wasn't horrible by any means , but no where near as good as last weeks. So, I called it there.
Accessory work: Single Leg machine hamstring curl 4x20 per leg superset reverse hyper 4x10
Barbell Straight leg 3x10 superset standing cable crunches 3x20
