I'm just getting over the flu and a really bad cough and congestion, so I wasn't so sure how this would go.

I was really surprised how easy this felt, considering my December was so hectic, I was lucky to train 2-3 days per week, and I was sick the past 2 weeks. Despite being about 150 lbs under my max, I was happy with how it moved.
