That is always a positive way to start a post. I was given clearance to start back at the gym this week. I decided to wait until Saturday so I could be with my crew of goofs. It's been a while since well got together to crush some weights. Actually hasn't been since the RPS meet June 13th

Front paused squats:

I figured I should come back with something that I feel was helping me greatly before I had my surgery.

Bar x 5 x 5 95 x 5 x 3 135 x 3 x 3 185 x 3 225 x 1 245 x 1 275 x 1 295 x 1

I called it there. The weight felt great, but using the straight bar for front squats sucks. I missed the cambered bar.

After everyone got done their sets, we started into the walking lunges. Wow these sucked. I was only using body weight.

We did 5 sets of the length of the building. I was struggling by the end. Stairs are now my enemy.

Today (Sunday August 2nd) my boy Matt Brass is coming up to crush some bench! I think the whole crew is coming to train with him and bench in shirts haha. Some guys don't know they will be in shirts.
