Soooo, I'm Irish, and sometimes I get crabby- surprise I know right?

The plan was to do 315 for five sets of 3 - well that didn't happen

long story short I ended up taking 500 for two sets of 15 - cause work capacity and shit.

As far as accessory work that was trying not to puke in the mop bucket, which smelled like mildew and Pinesol.

I drove home fighting back the pukes, ate, showered and went to bed.

Swede asked me not to die- to which I said- I can't die only the good die young. His response hit home- " we're not young anymore" shit he is right, luckily I'm as stubborn as I am ugly and didn't die.
