So, for the first time in the past decade I am back training in a commercial gym. Definitely not what I am used to. This workout took me about 2 hours to get nearly nothing done. People kept coming up and wanting to talk or ask me what I was doing, or ask what the bands were for, or tell me how strong they used to be. I have absolutely no problem whatsoever helping someone or giving advise if asked, but I really don't want to just hang out and chat during a max effort squat session.

Squat: bar x 10 bar + Elitefts strong bands (on for every set after) x 5 135x3 225x2 275x2 x 3 sets 315x2 x 3 sets 365x2 x 1 set.

Bands off bc the band pegs on the rack I was using were way to far back and kept yanking me out of the rack.

405x1 455x1 495x1 545x1 585x1

It took me over 2 hours to just get through that. so my accessory work was next to nothing.

Accessory work - 100 light prone machine hamstring curls.
