If you read my last post, my brother is in town from Montana and wanting to train while he is here. We trained the night before at Elitefts and made the 3 hour drive home after. For some reason we ended up squatting the next morning. Terrible idea.... it took me a 45 min to warm up and I still felt terrible.
Squats - walked out , crappy bar
bar x 5 135x5 225x4 315x3 365x2 405x1 455x1 495x1 545x1 585x1 - by this point I was actually feeling decent, but with the crappy bar we used it was shaking and bouncing on the way down. Maybe it means im not tight enough, but it is definitely enough to throw me off. I ended up cutting the squat a little high and called it a day there.
Reverse Hyper 5x20 Hamstring Curl - 100 total reps Standing cable crunches - 100 total reps.
