I went to Titans gym in Mentor, Ohio to be able to get a squat session in out of the monolift. After not using one for months, I'm definitely not as comfortable in my setup, foot placement and unrack as I used to be.

Squat (65 lb bar) bar x 5 155x5 245x3 335x3 425x1 475x1 515x1 565x1 615x1

I felt really good actually squatting, despite not being as comfortable as I'd like in the set up and unrack. This was 10 lbs less than I squatted the previous week, but felt way, way easier.

Accessory work: Cambered bar Pause Squat 5x5 @ 315

Cambered bar good mornings 3x10 @ 185

All things considered I cant be too disappointed in this workout. I am planning on taking a heavier squat here in the next week and a half or so and planning to hit 650 ish.
