I am here to live, learn, and pass on.

Yesterday I was able to get a long overdue deep tissue massage. I've been hardheaded about getting one not because I don't want to, but because I will agree to get one but will never go which is really silly of me to do. I am going to try to make it a point to get one every other Wednesday; my body gets full of knots and I tend to just train through it. A little sore from it, and right hip is acting up, but overall I feel good.

Currently 6 weeks out: de-load today and mainly high rep/accessory/GPP work.
