ETraveled to train at Old School iron and got to visit a friends new business - no other than Nick from Live Large congratulating him on his success with Ohio Pie. If you're in the Brook Park area, I highly suggest visiting (for an early lunch). He has been selling out of pizza for weeks.

Spent the remainder of the day eating burgers and smoking cigars with a new friend, Jason. It was time well spent and thankful for his hospitality.

Tip 101: if you're visiting a gym, and don't have training restrictions, get curious to equipment you do not have access to.

working sets sets 220 4 x 3

260lbs 3 x 1 - it was hard to keep my upper back tight and made it more of a focus to do so.

Pause squats 170lbs

Leg press 3 x 20

Belt squat walks 3 x 1 minute

Low rows 3 x 10 x stiff arms 3 x 20
