If you've been into watching the Olympics this week, perhaps you saw fellow Boisean, Kristin Armstrong, win her third straight gold medal in the women’s time trial. This was an interesting interview with Kyle Sela and one of our local news outlets concerning Kristin's background strength training (none) and her journey and focus this past year adding in the strength training piece looking to stay competitive into her 40's and winning another gold medal. Right on!

Kyle is one of our partners in Movement Guides, the other company we own which manufactures The SquatGuide and T Dot Mobility System. Cool stuff. I got updates on Kristin's training this past year but really wasn't aware of her limited background strength training. A few years back I did a log entry after having the opportunity to watch Kristin give a motivational speech at the junior high I taught at. I'll try to dig it up, her story is phenomenal. Once the dust settles, maybe I can get Kyle to convince Kristin to give strongwoman a shot. I could always use another solid training partner. High hopes...
