Friday, Saturday rehab:

"smith machine" deadlifts- we don't have a smith machine so I just grabbed a bar and ran it up and down the rack (like a strip-the-rack movement). I did stiff leg deadlifts to a point where I felt a little pain in my hamstring then came back up. Set the pins at that height then did pin pulls while stripping the rack, as if I were in a smith machine.

body tempering- using the ex wife and the smaller version, I had someone run them up and down my hamstring to induce blood flow.

Sunday rehab:

"smith machine" deadlifts- same set up except I was able to go through the full ROM today. Small victory.

high box squats- 60 reps or so

squats- just the bar for sets of 10. I threw on a plate but that was too much. Shut it down there.

body tempering- ex wife low back and hamstrings

Much improved over Friday and Saturday. Moving in the right direction with some guidance from Dave and other teammates. I'll get back to my training schedule when I can. This week was planned to be light, so that's good timing. I hope to be able to deadlift next week as scheduled.
