Heavy Lower?

I had to go across the bridge to Nap Town today for some hands on experience with politics and legislation. This served to reinforce my distaste for all things political and I felt like I needed a shower after all was said and done. I was also up an hour earlier and had 4 hours of driving there and back. Maybe this messed up my training or maybe it was just that I haven't doing ATG oly squats in a long damn time, but everything felt a little off today throughout training.

Oly Squats (high bar, close stance, ATG)

12x55

6x145

6x235

3x325

3x375

2x405 - I got the death shakes in my back coming up on the second rep so I bagged the third. Not what I wanted today, but it was what I had.

2x3x365 - Only two back off sets today for the same reasons as above. Still shaking the bar like a baby rattle during the second half of the concentric. I did have one really good and smooth rep where I was able to keep my lats tight and erectors tight and drive my head and chest up out of the hole, but either mentally, physically, or both I was just not able to get it going today to squat like a big boy.

SS Yoke Bar Good Mornings

10x155 - warmup set to make sure these were going to be doable after my sub par squats

2x15x195 - Better than last week.

10x225 - These started to feel questionable toward the end.

Back Extensions/Leg Up Crunches

3x{15xBW/15ea x BW}

SS Yoke Bar Calf Raise Drop Set

30x195+20x155 - Same thing that made my calves hella sore last week. I would have done multiple sets today, but I am curious to check my degree of adaptation and see how the DOMS (if I get any at all) compares to last time.
