I just wanted to feel completely done physically exhausted. Not from the countless times I lift patients or walk countless miles grinding my joints to powder exhausted. I needed to push so hard that I knew I was alive again. Giving me a reason to work as hard as I do.

  1. Rower 5 min 20 sec sprint 10 sec rest
  2. pushups 3 sets till failure
  3. lateral raises 100 cont. reps with 5 lbs
  4. leg press 3 sets of 100
  5. battle ropes 4x50 reps pull ups til failure between sets no rest
  6. reverse hypers and weighted crunches 4x25
