Sunday was another squat day at Apollon. This time, the lift was a box squat with 200lbs of chain.

Warmed up on the back extension, took a few with the bar, and worked up as so:

150 x 5

240 x 1

Added chains

240 x 1

290 x 1

330 x 1

Put my brief on here. With the added bodyweight I've packed on in the last couple of weeks, they were TIGHT. I may need to wind up cutting the bottom seam off of them, but for now, they did the job.

380 x 1

420 x 1

470 x 1

510 x 1

560 x 1

I don't have a pr for this amount of chain, but the last time we box squatted with chains, we used 160lbs of chain, and I hit 510 with just the brief, and 600 with the brief and suit.

After the squats, I did 4 sets of 15 back extensions, 4 sets of 15 on the hip adduction, and 4 sets of 12 incline sit-ups.

Good times!
