Not a whole lot to report training wise.

Had my last light training session at the beginning of the week, which didn't really amount to much, and I've mostly been focused on rest and recovery.

The single issue that may prove to be problematic tomorrow is that I've been sick all week. Occupational hazard of living with a toddler I guess. Fortunately it was mostly a head cold, and never affected my stomach, which can make cutting and rehydrating a bitch. Nonetheless, getting sick this close to a meet sucks, and crap like this hits me particularly hard because with both asthma and sleep apnea, my respiratory system has enough trouble functioning on a good day. Even a minor cold can f*ck me up for weeks.

Aside from that though, I feel great right now. I made 220 easily this morning and am currently sitting at about 235, 3 lbs over my start weight.

Also, I want to f*cking smash everything. So I guess that's good.

Hopefully I'll have a good write-up after tomorrow.
