A light week of training for the most part since next week will be the heaviest week of my training cycle. All my flights and hotel has been booked for this meet, and it feels like its coming up way too quick!

Goodmornings 4x8x95lbs Leg press 3x15

Day 3 Paused Wide Grip Bench

Work up to 165x3x3 Band pull aparts 3x25 Rotator cuff cleans 3x15

Day 4 Paused Wide Grip Bench

Work up to 155x3x5 Band pull aparts 3x25 Rotator cuff cleans 3x15

Day 5 Posterior Chain Work

GHR 4X10 Reverse hyper 3x12 Pull throughs 4x12 Close grip rows with MAG grips 4x12
