Goblet Squat, paused, w/ KB– 4x15 Leg curls – 4x30 seconds superset with Leg extensions 4x30 seconds Outer thigh machine – 3x15 superset with Standing lateral leg raises – 3x15 superset with DB Upright Row 3x12 Calf Raises – 4x15 with full extension
