My current short-term goals are to prep to start a meet cycle the beginning of September for a December meet timeframe. I'm not certain of the meet but feel my body will be ready by then and my schedule should allow for the training. I feel good overall and my raw bench is relatively close to where it was before tearing my tricep last year. We also have a pretty consistent group that trains on the weekends and I should have the support I need to achieve some PR's....
