It has been awhile since I have made the trip to train at Elitefts. I used to drive to London, at very least every other weekend to train. It has probably been 6-7 weeks since I've trained there last.
Squats: - I strained my back a little bit last week hitting snatch grip DL's so I didn't plan on pushing it today.
