Today is 9 weeks post surgery and while not training is wearing on my mental state my tricep appears to be healing nicely. ROM is good, no pain and therapy is progressing well. I have a few more weeks of PT scheduled at twice a week and then it'll be less often as I return to training. This is the first time I have actually done PT and chose to do so because of the nature of the surgery. Therapy hasn't included anything really unexpected or unusually but I'm doing things I would not have thought of to do in recovery from this surgery. A couple of those things are throwing a ball with my left arm (injured arm), catching a ball with my left arm, using the wobble stick, banded wall walks. My confidence in using my left arm is improving and I find myself instinctively using it more often for everyday things.
