After sustaining multiple low back issues the past year, and coming off a terrible showing at the XPC Bench Bash, I'm now I can do what's best for my body. I've recently opened up a new training facility, THIRST, so I'm trying to balance life and training the best I can, with hopes that I can compete in some capacity by the end of 2018.

A rather easier day of back training as I start to begin to transition to my new training block where I'm going to bench press three times per week. I'll explain each day a bit in more detail as the training block starts and progresses on what I'm trying to accomplish, but for today, it was just some good back work and that was it. Good way to kick off the month though.
