After sustaining multiple low back issues the past year, and coming off a terrible showing at the XPC Bench Bash, I'm now I can do what's best for my body. I've recently opened up a new training facility, THIRST, so I'm trying to balance life and training the best I can, with hopes that I can compete in some capacity by the end of 2018.

Just building off of last week's back training. A rather quick session I got in late at night, but it was a good one nonetheless. I'm doing a lot better on my sleep quality and quantity lately. I had been lucky to get 6 hours, but I've been doing better at getting a minimum of 6.5 hours, and usually averaging around 7 during the week. It's definitely been one of my major pitfalls with opening a new business, working, and still trying to do regular life stuff.
