When the weight of the world is on your shoulders, you wake up, and get out there. Pursue what drives you , lifting or the "gym life" has always been my passion. Even though I'm not as strong as used to be , I still enjoy it. It alleviates the pressure of the world and allows the light back in.

  • Single DB OH presses 3x15
  • Pull UPS 5x5
  • t-bar row 4x8
  • Weighted crunches 4x20
