25min of sprint cardio , nothing crazy a 15 on elliptical 10 on the rower. But dang I wish I could actually sprint, run and jump. The things we take for granted .

  • Unit lateral ISO pull down
  • Rope face pulls
  • Biceps hammer curls
  • Cable curls
