Only had 1 hr to train. Which was plenty, being my 3rd day in a row of training. My body is definitely tired and ready for rest.

Warm up: 20min bike

  1. Wide lat pull downs 4x30
  2. Pulls UPS 35 reps. However I could get there. Failure on ever set.
  3. Heavy low rows 4x8
  4. Rope face pulls 4x20
  5. DB single arm row 4x6
  6. barbell shrugs 4x15
  7. DB lateral /front raises 4x30
  8. h-raises 50 continuous reps
