Friday was an upper back day at the local place.

Since I'm starting to wind down my training for the meet, I went a little lighter this time, hitting some bent over rows with 225 for 4 sets of 10. The past few weeks I've been doing these with a dead stop on the floor between reps, but this time I just used the more classic bodybuilding style out of the rack. This was to ease the stress on my back and just get the muscles pumped up with blood to speed recovery.

After the rows, I did 4 sets of 12 assisted pull-ups,

4 sets of 15 cable triceps pushdowns

4 sets of 15 lateral raises.

Won't be long now!
