Machine press (pick any machine and press slowly. This is literally for the pump) - high volume. I do about 3-5 sets of 20 reps

Machine row - same thing. Don't go through the motions. Light weight, high reps.

DB front/lat raises - 50 each

Rear delts - 100 reps
