With less than 3 weeks to go the excitement is setting in. I have had a forced deload week due to a ripped hand but I'm back. My hand healed up nicely and I wasn't going to chance it ripping again so I took Clint Darden's advice and avoided the chalk bucket. Thank you Clint for you time and effort you put into helping me. I decided to do only speed work tonight and work on getting used to my suit. My strength is there, master the technique and lifts go up.

This is probably the best my deadlifts have felt. I have been getting lots of advice and tips from people and if I can take a little something from everyone and pull it together on meet day I will be happy.
