After coming off my best meet performance of my career, I am now officially a beat up powerlifter. I'm having some minor low back issues that I'm working on mending up, and then I'll begin to find a competitive option. My goals for 2017 are to compete in a bodybuilding show and also get back to the platform 100% healthy.

Given that week 6 of training was just a giant mess, I figured it would be easier to provide a video about me talking about all my recent low back issues, what all I've found out, what I'm doing, and where my next steps might be competitively. While it's not training exciting, hopefully there is still some education component that can still be gathered at the end of the day.
