600 elitefts raw yoke bar squat. I used a close stance here to work my quads. This is a weak stance for me so I was happy with 600. We used the box to gage depth and keep the reps at a good depth. We didn't sit on the box but let our buts tap it before we went up. The yoke bar will make you want to squat high as it puts you on your toes. The box keeps you honest.
