10/21 - Squat/DL

Conventional Speed Deadlifts (stiff bar) 515 for 8 sets of 2, 60 second rest periods. Good speed and technique but damn, pulling conventional feels kinda foreign now. Am I officially a sumo puller now?!

Cambered Bar Squats 565 for 5 sets of 3

Straight Leg Sumo DL 315 5x10

I've definitely done this exercise before, but it's been a few years since I have. Holy crap! Hamstrings and glutes haven't been this sore in recent memory. I could almost feel the DOMS kicking in during the workout. After talking to a few great sumo pullers who have attributed some of their success to this accesssory exercise, I might be rotating these in as a staple in the near future.
