Axle C&J (clean once)

complex x 70

complex x 120

5x170

5x210

5x240

1x300 - This was an idiotic misload on my part that no one pointed out to me. I had not intended to go this heavy today since I was in part evaluating how my elbows did with doing continental cleans with the axle. Good news though is everything was fine. Bad news is I'm a moron.

5x260

Yoke

2x60' x 250

60' x 450

60' x 650

60' x 700

60' x 750

60' x 800 - No drops on any of the runs and everything felt great up to 750. 800 felt slow and off center on my back though. I put it down after the initial pick to make sure it was load correctly and setup and start again to make sure I was centered, but somehow I botched that again on my second pick so I just went with it.

Harnessed Arm Over Arm Truck Pull

85' x tacoma - Waaaay too easy.

85' x tacoma + 8 clicks on the e-brake - Better, but still too easy.

0' x tacoma + 10 clicks - Unable to even remotely budge it to get started.

85' x tacoma + 9 clicks - This was the heaviest resistance I was readily able to use today. It was still light enough that I dumped the rope about 3/4 of the way through, but noticeably harder than 8 clicks.
