After having set an all-time PR on my equipped bench press with 457lbs, I'm now in off season mode getting back to some heavy training while running my gym, THIRST.

This particular Wednesday I cranked out some arm training with the wife. I didn't get to use a whole of weight on the close grip shoulder saver work, but it was still "okay" given where I am with my recovery process. I got to crank the rest of the arm work though.

A1) Close Grip Shoulder Saver Bench Press 3x8

B1) V-Bar Pressdowns 3x10

C1) DB Skull Crushers 3x12

D1) Bench Dips 2 sets, max reps

E1) DB Curls 3x10

F1) Crossbody Hammer Curls 3x8 per arm

G1) Barbell Curls 3x8 *Used a 3 sec eccentric here*
