Cambered bar 4 chains per side- 120# at the top 135x5 225x5 315x5 Add belt 405x5x3 sets -OLY shoes, high bar -Mission accomplished: My quads got a hell of a workout Stiff leg sumo deads 245x6 335x6 425x6 475x4 -rubber mats started separating so I shut it down before I killed myself -these felt good though. I'll keep working them in with accessories.
