145x5x2sets 235x5 325x3 415x2 Add belt 505x2 575x1 635x1 (I called for 625, we loaded it with 635 which was my fault, and then I almost fell forward after the first rep. So this set was a clusterf**k.) 625x5 (Regrouped and reloaded, hit 77% of my actual max for 5, which is 85% of my training max, exactly what I scheduled for today.) Add wraps 645x4 (Wanted to work in the wraps for a set, so took 80% of my actual max for 4, might have had a fifth but cut it there.)
