Looks like when I got tired I started pushing off of my knees. Such a cheater. I struggle with these because I'm not an upright squatter to begin with, so these really drive me forward. They were hurting my hips too...now I'm just making excuses. SSB front squats -paused 225x3x2 sets 275x3x3 sets

Bulgarian split squats Step ups 3x10 each body weight

Rev hyper 3x10

Accessories focused on quads and some traction with the reverse hypers. Deadlift days will be more hamstring and glute focused.
