I wanted to start this training cycle for deadlifts out with a bang. SO....ELITEFTS MAMMOTH BANDS AND 4" BLOCKS it is!

My objective was to pull at least 800 pounds. I did that and went one more time and got 825.

It was really fun to handle this type of weight and to battle with my guys tonight. We talked alot of shit, pushed one another and most importantly had fun.

Sometimes you need to change things up and say f the norm! I had never held this much weight before in my hands. My respect to those that can pull this type of weight straight up, my hat goes off to you.

Deadlift has always been my least favorite lift and my most hated lift but tonight I had fun and enjoyed pulling even if it was not real....
