Over the past 5 months I have steadily been trying to get rehabbed up with my pec and shoulder so I can get back to what I love, benchin! Wednesdays are always my Supplemental work day to help bring up weak areas and maybe get a second day in of something I think I need and plus do some rehabbing.

I have been a BB Incline benching junkie for years. I just the movement and the challenge it give me plus the huge upside on helping my flat bench-press. Incline benching has always been a staple lift for me. Its not something I do every week but at least every two weeks with slight variations with bars, reps or dumbbells. The carry over to my flat bench has always been huge for me.

Today I wanted to push and challenge myself and see where I am physically right now. I was very happy with today progress!

I also acquired a ShouldeRok this week which I love! I have been using sledge hammer swings for over a year to duplicate the movement and they have really helped. I'm super stoked about getting this device and adding it to my arsenal.
