I wanted to handle some heavy weight on the incline bench today I have taken in awhile for reps in a couple of years today. With my wrecked shoulders, incline benching and any OHP kicks my ass so I have to be very careful and smart about what I am doing.

Yes, taking this type of weight for reps with my injuries is chancing it but I still need to push myself to a degree. The days of me repping 405 for 10 reps on the incline are gone but I still have to push just enough on tough lifts like this for me to get the benefits I need.

The incline bench has always been my meat and potatoes for helping increase my flat bench and my lockout. I will do my best to push myself on this lift every couple of weeks and test the waters each time. And being as smart as I can as well. Juggling this is always tough and sucks but you have to do what you can in the best way you can....
