Today marks the first time in many months since I have squatted in gear. This is also this first time I have ever squatted in canvas. I received my new Metal Canvas squat suit just a few days ago and just in time for our first squats of the new training cycle.

I have no idea where I am and it honestly felt like I didnt even know what I was doing tonight either. I was having pick up issues, balance issues and I guess I was being a pu##y too.

The only thing that actually went well was me coming out of the hole in this new suit which was awesome. The stopping power and jolt I got from this suit is addictive and powerful. Needless to say I am super excited to get comfortable under the bar again in gear and get this new bad ass suit dialed in.
