I will continue on how I did last training cycle (where I added 50 pounds to my geared squat), I will do every other week doing raw squats or squat in our squat machine to give myself time out of the gear and not get so beat up with heavy weight on my back all the time. Today I choose to squat in our squat machine. I real love this thing. Its easy on my knees and it kills my hamstrings. Us old heads had a talk sh*% fest before hand about who could do more reps and blah blah blah. Short story: I won....and I can walk the next day lol....
