Rehabbing an injury sucks ass! You want to dive in and it be fixed in the blink of an eye but it takes time and patience. Something I am trying to still learning to have.

12 weeks into this pec rehab and so far so good. I took around 4 weeks off doing nothing weight lifting wise. Now with about 8 full weeks of very light, moderate and smart lifting things are becoming more productive in my healing up. But I am not getting fooled just yet. Being over 40 things are not what they seem and I have learned that as well. So I will continue to monitor and baby this pec until I feel its time to really push.

After a week off my Team is starting to crave the gym again and are ready for some off season work. Our Team had a very very good meet last week and slowly but surely getting all of their videos and accomplishments put up. Check them out here on my training log if you have not yet. I am very proud of them!
