In the last 5 months I have lost 13 pounds without wanting to and I'm now 247. My briefs are loose enough for them to start sliding off some and I have to keep pulling them back up. I'm not happy about this and hope it will reverse itself once Kim gets back. Either that or Ill get tighter gear and lift at 242 at the XPC.
