I always like to take my last off season squat training day as a heavy day. I wanted to test the waters and feel something heavy on my back. For these main reasons: 1. to trust in my off season training

2. to know I have worked hard to bring up weak areas 3. build confidence going into my meet training cycle 4. and to know I am not dead yet

All these reason were fulfilled tonight. My mind has been wandering as of late and I needed to refocus on me and my training. Each set went well. Moved with good speed and was at decent depth. On my last PR set of 955 my battery on my phone died right as I was setting up, so it didn't happen I guess....fuck that, yes it did!
