Before we head out to NYC, I got to make sure to get in some benchin! Today went very good for me. I was a little nervous with the floor press and flat benching with volume but everything went ok with no pain.

I hate doing close grip work with a passion but my body responds well to it. Always has but I hate it. I'm a wide grip bencher so being close in on the bar really makes me feel super uncomfortable and makes me focus more on the task at hand. Its always the shit you hate the most that pays off the biggest.
