I actually love pulling against bands. I need these to help me get more locked in on pushing my hips through, holding the tension and just good ol lock out volume. Today was tough but needed. All four of us thus far gunning for the elusive 700 pound pull are hitting our numbers and bringing the best out in each other. Fun times!....
