Earlier this week I decided to try PRP on my left elbow to try and help alleviate some of the pain and inflammation and perhaps speed up any healing that may be possible. I'm going to keep my fingers crossed and go into the meet believing it has.

With that being said, that's the end of this training cycle. From this point on I will rest and recover and maybe do some blood flow stuff early next week before the meet just to be a little active.
