Every once in a blue moon I have the urge to want to dead lift..and no I am not drinking alcohol while I am typing this I am actually being serious. I love throwing some band pulls into our training to mix things up a bit. So today we will be pulling off 4 inch blocks and against Elite FTS orange bands doubled.

So pulling against the bands and off blocks we will really be focusing on our lock out. I'm not really sure what the doubled orange bands are tension wise but I would say about 120-140 pound tension with both bands doubled. When we pull with bands everyone's a little more locked in, a little more competitive and more focused on technique even more so. When you are pulling against these bands off 4 inch blocks it feels like someone or something is reaching up from the depths of hell to prevent you from doing so.
