I recently lifted in the 2019 USPA National Championships where I totaled 1767 in wraps at 198 via a 655 squat, 451 bench and 661 deadlift. Next up is an off-season and picking a meet.

Pause Squat - sets of 5 to 375. I ended up cutting this a set early. My neck was really bothering me and the SS bar was putting just enough pressure on it that it wasn't a good idea to keep going.

Deads with chain - 425 with 6 chains for doubles. My pull feels pretty strong. The hardest part for me competitively is having enough gas at the end of a meet to pull well. I need to work on my conditioning more to be ready for this. And more IV bags after weigh in...

Low Box Squat - 255 and 4 chains for 5 doubles, very fast. 30 second rest periods here. I used the straight bar to keep the pressure off my neck.

Kettlebell Swings - 3 x 15 at 65
