Before I get into this....I know its off of 4" blocks, I know I am in gear, I know I suck at pulling I also know I did not hold the last pull at the top as long as I should. So before the hatin begins and the internet PHD's kick in, those things just got covered.

Now that that is taken care of, allow me to get into the excitement of me pulling! Did I just say that? Yep. F#*k it! I am loving me some deadlift. Its amazing how when you actually apply yourself to something and truly give all you have, the rewards start showing themselves. This was a huge day for me. In many ways this was the best pulling day of my life and I loved every minute of it. Yep I just said that too!

For months I have taken several steps backwards to take positive steps forward in my deadlift progression. I committed to this lift earlier in the year and I am graduating from Shit to Suck! Progress! I have to give thanks to my training partner Brandon Snowder (if you have never heard of him, you will soon enough) He and I committed together on this lift to hold each other accountable and to push each other each and everyday. We have and it is showing for both of us. I also want to thank my Team. Their support means everything to me. You can hear them in each video pushing me on to succeed. I am a lucky and honored individual.

My next meet is in December. As long as I can stay healthy and keep this ol body held together for the next few weeks I am looking for me some PR's.
